Two tips about silk
Wash
A chemical handling, in order to improve maintenance characteristics,
e.g. avoidance of color modifications. Depending upon equipment hand laundry,
at the most 30°C wash temperature for washable silk textiles. Only special
detergents, no full detergents, rub, do not wring, centrifuges, wet a
hanging up, do not dry in laundry dryer, on heating or in the sun (silk
becomes fragile, color modifications), damp air smooth silk. Handle temperature
not over 150°C, with dry cloth on on the left of no a blowing up with
water (otherwise wasserflecke)
Who
actually makes silk?
The silkcrank is a butterfly, which produces as a crawler-type vehicle
